The playset is unused, still factory sealed, packaging has moderate wear to the cardboard, most visible on the corners of the card. Packaging dimensions are : 14.5″ x 7″ x 2.5, the card does not lay perfectly flat. Original price sticker is on package and on backside there is applied factory label and mark across the card UPC.
