This is a rare, hard to find, vintage Polly Pocket collectable. It’s a unique Bubble Bath Bottle in the shape of a castle complete with a bonus Polly Pocket doll figure sealed to the front of the bottle. This was a UK exclusive released in 1994 by Bluebird Toys. The bottle is now empty (no bubble bath product inside), but still includes the original wrapping that holds the bonus doll. Unfortunately it is common for these bottles to have some discoloration, likely due to age and light exposure. This bottle has some visible discoloration, but it looks to be less dramatic than others I’ve seen. It appears to be in good clean overall condition considering. Vintage Polly Pocket RARE Porcelain Doll figure lot from 1997 by Bluebird Toys. This listing of rare collector’s items includes 11 doll figures that are part of a character-themed line of French Fèves (tiny porcelain figurines also known as “Beans”) without packaging. Made of porcelain, these timeless treasures are a unique addition to any Polly Pocket collection. Below is a brief history of these rare, hard to find collectables from my understanding. They came in a series of 12 with 6 Pollys & 6 of her friends. The Pollys (in dark brown or black hair) include her ice skating, roller blading, doing aerobics & lifting some light weights. 6 of her friends including Midge (with brown hair instead of her usual strawberry blonde), Pixie (with strawberry blonde instead of brown), LuLu (with strawberry Blonde instead of brown), Tina (with brown hair instead of blonde), Diddy (with strawberry blonde instead of brown) and Wee Willy (with blonde hair, but wearing a red hat that looks like what Diddy would usually wear). The characters here are thought to have hair color and other changes due to IP legality reasons during the time of their release. In France they enjoy a holiday called the Epiphany holiday in celebration and memory of the three wise men giving baby Jesus gifts. This is celebrated on January 6th. For this holiday bakeries would make special cake pastries called king cakes containing a charm, usually a porcelain or plastic figurine, called a fève or bean. If you find the Fève in your piece of cake then you are the king or queen and you will have good luck for the year and get a crown.

Eight figures in good shape that match the pink castle (round bottoms to fit in round placement holes). All 8 figures as shown. Castles are for parts or repair. Pink castle has a worn carpet sticker and is missing a tree on the back of it. Tree can be pulled from blue castle. Battery compartment is clean, but unit is untested. Sticker carpet is an easy replacement. Blue castle has a broken off rail on the front. Cannot get battery compartment open-stuck cover glued? Has hexagon style placement holders for figures. Both castles will require light cleaning. Both are good candidates for restoration.

A light blue, star-shaped compact released in January 1992. It features a fashion theme with areas for dolls to try on different outfits. Starlight Castle (Heart Shape). This pink, heart-shaped compact is a fan favorite that features a castle and a garden with stairs down the middle. In the Nursery (Pentagon Shape). A pink and yellow playset with a baby nursery theme. The interior includes a baby care center with various miniature nursery furniture. Otherwise, the product is non refundable. That’s why I ask potential buyers for a discussion about the condition and quality of the product.
