This collectible is in its original sealed packaging. Understandably, a sealed collectible retains a value until it’s opened. This item is a sealed collectible from the 1990’s. I cannot guarantee its function ability since it is sealed and never opened. It also may need new batteries since it is from the 1990’s and batteries don’t retain a charge for such an extended period of time. Packaging has minor wear. It is a little dirty and has a couple small dents. One dent is on the right side, the other dent is in the plastic bubble around the Polly Pocket figure.
