THE PLAYSET ITSELF IS COMPLETE, AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS IS A RARE RETIRED SET, AND IS VERY HARD TO FIND. Never removed from box! Plastic on box does have some dents on front. There is a crack on top left of plastic. Rubber bands inside have worn. Cardboard does have some wear including scuffs, marks, discoloration, and creasing. Please see photos for condition.
