This Playset is in fantastic condition considering that it is over 24 years old. It will arrive clean, sealed in a bag and well packaged and boxed for its onward journey. Pieces which often go missing in Pollyville such as the ice cream canopy, and tree parts are there. Polly moves smoothly from room to room by turning the handle on the pond, the magnet on the bottom of the Polly figure connects with the magnet in the set and she moves around.
