Hi there and thanks for looking. This playset is in excellent vintage condition. The set is still new, sealed and never opened. There is some light wear overall on the card and bubble is fully attached and free of cracks. There is a bit of bending on the top of the card and some creasing. PLESAE SEE THE PICS. Please remember that all vintage and used items have odors from their various origins. They are acquired from places like swap meets, estate sales, thrift stores, flea markets and yard sales making their histories unknown.
