THIS PLAYSET IS BRAND NEW AND FACTORY SEALED. IT HAS NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BOX. THE BOX DOES HAVE SOME WEAR. ONE CORNER OF THE PLASTIC IS RIPPED. THE PLAYSET ITSELF IS COMPLETE, AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS IS A RARE RETIRED SET, AND IS VERY HARD TO FIND.
