1994 Vintage Polly Pocket Birthday Surprise Bluebird Almost Complete. The accessories are almost complete. Both polly figures are present and in great shape with strong joints. The birthday banner is present and in good shape with a little paint loss. 27 of the 30 tiny decorative pieces are present [balloons (5), gifts (5), bows (5), hearts (5), cream puffs (4), flowers (3)]. One pink ribbon (tied around top of cake compact) and one purple ribbon (not used). All of the pieces are in good condition and functional. Inside the compact, the door opens, the swing set sways back and forth, the cake rotates to move the kitten, and the table opens to store pieces.
