Up for sale is a rare, completely factory-sealed vintage 1994 Polly Pocket Pollyville Tree House (Item #11989) by Bluebird Toys / Mattel. The packaging is unopened with the original tape intact. The plastic window is clear and securely attached, and the cardboard box shows excellent color vibrancy with only minor shelf wear consistent with age. Please review photos for exact box condition. I won this polly pocket in a contest when I was in the 6th grade. This was the 2nd Tree House I had in my possession and as a child I decided to keep it unopened. Because it was a contest win, there are no price stickers; it’s in pristine condition.

Some of the plastic tie-downs for the components inside have disintegrated, so some parts are free to move around if the box is tipped. There is some light debris in places from the residue of the aforementioned tie-downs. Otherwise the parts inside this set appear new and perfect. All 10 of the clear plastic oval box seals are intact, so it’s obvious this toy set has never been opened.
