Vintage Mattel The Wizard of Oz Playset 23637 Emerald City Polly Pocket, Dorothy. This vintage Wizard of Oz battery operated miniature figurines play set has never been opened. However, the box has taken a bit of a beating over the last couple decades. As you could see in the pictures the box has wear around corners and edges, and the plastic has wear also.
